Superhumxn was born at the intersection of people, technology and writing. That lens shapes what we do.
It's no surprise, then, that our founder started out in writing before spending years leading people and culture inside fast-moving startups and big enterprise teams.
Across these companies, there was a pattern. Those that scaled well didn't just have a better strategy. They had clearer behaviour. Vision. It was in the small things. The micro behaviours that are often overlooked. How people communicated, what was rewarded, ignored, or left unsaid.
