Culture shapes everything. How people work, learn, lead, and grow. We started Superhumxn to help teams create their culture with intention.
We’ve spent over a decade working with companies across various industries, helping them design changes that stick, track what works, and identify new opportunities.
Our tools and thinking are built by experienced practitioners. We work closely with leaders to help them understand how to unlock the full potential of their people.
But we know none of that matters without trust. So we hold ourselves to the same standards we ask our clients to live by: clarity, transparency, and care in everything we do.
CONTENT
Our Publishing & Content Standards
Everything we publish under the Superhumxn name is written or edited by our team.
We're independent, and no other company is involved in what we say or how we say it.
We always aim to use reliable sources of information and give credit where it's due.
Most of our writers have real experience in the topics they cover. When they don't, they dig into trusted research or seek the right experts.
We link to all sources whenever possible, and we never copy someone else's work without proper credit. If something isn't credited, it's usually because of client confidentiality or legal reasons.
If we've co-created a piece or partnered with another company, we'll clearly state this.
We don't invest in any companies we write about.
We're committed to maintaining honesty and transparency in everything we publish.
Artificial Intelligence
All content we publish is written and edited by humans.
We don't publish stories that are written or edited by AI. We may use AI tools to support parts of the process, such as research, idea generation, grammar checking, or improving clarity, but people always inform our thinking, writing, and decisions.
We never use AI to replace expert judgment, draw conclusions, or offer professional advice in areas where we advise or write, such as science or work.
If we ever choose to publish AI-generated content in the future, it will be clearly labelled and thoroughly reviewed by a human editor. Our standards for accuracy, originality, and integrity, as outlined in this statement, will always be in effect.
Our Thinking
We base our ideas on research, lived experience, and asking challenging questions from first principles.
We don't just take things at face value. We dig deeper to understand what's going on. When we publish something, we make sure it's grounded in evidence and practical insight.
We're also careful with our sources. If we speak with you or use your input, we'll explain how we plan to use it and respect your privacy if needed.
Advertising
Sometimes, we work with sponsors or include advertising in our content, but we always maintain honesty and transparency.
Sponsored content will be marked so you'll always know. Sponsors can choose what they support, but they don't get to influence what we say or how we write it.
We may also include affiliate links in some of our content. That means if you click and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These links are added automatically and don't affect what we cover or how we write.
For any paid posts or collaborations, we'll clearly label them on our site and social channels.
Where We Post
Superhumxn shares content across multiple platforms, including our website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and additional social media channels. No matter where you find us, we adhere to the same high standards for quality and integrity.
Service or Product Reviews
Sometimes, we review tools or services, like HR platforms or AI apps, as part of our content. These opinions are based on real experience from the writer and aren't influenced by any partnerships unless we clearly say so.
We stick to facts and what it's like to use the product. Where possible, we'll reach out to the company before we publish.
If we share a "best of" list, it's not ranked or sponsored unless noted. We might include public statistics or insights, but the goal is to provide readers with a mix of useful options rather than declaring one "winner." Always use your judgment when choosing tools or services.
Updating Content
We strive to get everything right the first time, but if we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and effectively. If something in an article turns out to be wrong, we'll correct it and add a short note explaining what changed.
Sometimes, we also update articles with new info, not because anything was wrong, but because there's more to say. When we do that, we'll note the update at the bottom with the time and what was added or changed.
In some cases, such as with videos, we may need to remove the original version and replace it with an updated one.
We may also remove content if it infringes upon someone's rights or violates any laws. We make these decisions with the guidance of legal counsel.
If you spot something that seems off or incorrect, we would appreciate it if you let us know.
Partnerships
Sometimes we team up with other businesses or organisations that share our values or mission. These partnerships don’t affect the independent content our editorial team creates.
If we do create content as part of a partnership, we’ll always be upfront about it. We clearly explain who we’re working with, what kind of partnership it is, and whether our editorial team was involved in making the content.

Client Confidentiality
We keep everything you share with us private, which includes your plans, team challenges, meeting notes, and any materials you provide to us.
We won't share any information about your project outside of Superhumxn unless you provide us with written permission. If we ever want to use an example or insight from your work, we'll always check with you first to see if you're okay with it or whether you'd like it anonymised.
Your trust means everything to us, and we treat it with care and respect in everything we do.

If a writer has a personal connection to a person or company, they won't be assigned to cover them, which helps us maintain fairness and objectivity.
Environmental Commitment
We're just getting started, but we care deeply about the planet, and we want our work to reflect that. As we grow, we're building our approach to sustainability in three main areas:
Our footprint: We're putting measures in place to track our environmental impact, working to reduce it, and plan to offset what we can't remove yet.
Client work: We aim to weave environmental thinking into our projects and help clients do the same.
Our voice: We'll use our platform to share practical, honest ideas about sustainability across our industry.
